Competition Terms & Conditions
Introduction
This competition is being run by ADAPT – Amari Digital Printing Technologies [“ADAPT”], Unit C1 Willow Drive, Sherwood Business Park, Annesley, NG15 0DP and by participating you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to all UK residents except employees of ADAPT (or their parent, subsidiaries, or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who are not allowed to enter the competition. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive the prize that may be awarded to you.
To enter the competition, you must purchase the qualifying products listed below. Purchasing through email, over the telephone with our sales team and directly online are all eligible.
If you are already an ADAPT customer but have not yet ordered online, or you are new to ADAPT and would like to register to be a customer, you can complete the short request form found on this page - https://amaridigital.com/vink-become-a-customer.
The opening date for entries is 01/03/2023 and the closing date for entries is 31/03/2023. No entries received after this date will be accepted.
For every order placed of the qualifying products that totals £250, your details will be entered into the competition. For every online order placed where the total is £250, you will be entered twice into the competition. The £250 value must be made up of qualifying products but may also include delivery charges. However, the £250 total may not be made up of non-qualifying products. The £250 total must also be EX VAT.

The Prize
The winning prize will be a 3M Colourboard.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
The prize will be delivered to your premises once contact details and address have been confirmed.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be chosen at random and notified by 10th April 2023.
If requested by ADAPT, the winner agrees to release their name and/or place of employment to any other competition participants. The winner's name and/or place of employment may be announced on ADAPT website and social media channels.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by ADAPT for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing enquiries@amaridigital.com.
Limitation of Liability
ADAPT accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize. ADAPT reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
